Too much

Gluten free is hard, very hard. I tried it, and failed. Though I did feel better I didn't think  I needed to continue on the diet. Maybe another time I can try it again. In the meantime I'm becoming more and more interested in making my own bread products. I've learned how to make some yummy french bread. Next on the tackle list is buns..... Hamburger, hot dogs, just buns.

Gluten Free?

Well this week I've decided for my own experiment to go gluten free. I have relatives that are celiacs so I figured why not try it out. So far I've had more energy and don't feel as puffed up. We'll see how it goes.
